It's Not Always This Perfect...

I know the topic is nothing new and it has been around for a long time and somehow, one person makes me angry so easily, I just never thought he would succeed in doing it. I never thought based on my roots that being a Chinese and being called as inferior race reminds me of how the Jews were being labeled as one by the Nazis. Living in Malaysia had its ups and downs. There are many races here living in this country of mine - Malays, Chinese, Indians, Vietnamese, Burmese, Americans, Australians, British and so forth. And I know other countries too have different types of races too. Some can live in harmony while others just sneer with remarks that manage to get-away from everything. I had my share of remarks last time when there was a discussion about religion a long time ago (which sadly, if I can only show you the link which somehow it is gone) that I had typed so much for three days, finally it ended with silence.

Today, I read in a forum about a review of one Hong Kong movie entitled Ip Man 2. I wrote a review about it and I know the movie was not as good as the first film. Just after a week over, one forumer had said a lot of things that not just makes me unhappy but others as well.

This is what he said and I quote:-

"this movie is intended to be a homage of bruce lee movies. sadly the chinese still have this inferiority complex, the chinese vs white man scene are still there. Come on, the colonial era ended, the cold war ended, its time for the chinese to move the fvck on "

Imagine the response he got it and how many others were quite angry over this remark. He calls himself malayneum - a person who teaches a class in Columbia "TV, Media & Culture" which I believe is in the U.S. and claim that he has great deal of validity of what he claims above. When I do a little research about who this person is and if what he claims about his living, which the link is here, how much can one person hides his face behind one single lie he makes? A man that hides his face behind a PC... and what he said was real racist remark.
